I heard fantastic reviews about living and working in Auckland from my brother and sister in law who were in Auckland a few years ago but the idea of moving to work here on my own was daunting and I didn’t know where to begin!

I am so extremely grateful to have come across Tonix and to have had Kate A as my agent through the process of encouraging my dream to be a midwife in NZ.
Right from the get go I felt supported and it made the whole journey a lot less scary!

Kate was always calm and a kind and reassuring person to speak to about the big move and she went above and beyond helping me every step of the way.

Pedro and Sheila

Grace lives in Auckland and works in the operating theatres of a large private hospital. 

She shared her photo taken last summer at the Taupiri Sunflower Farm in the Waikato, near Hamilton.

Jennifer, Holly, Rachel, Grace, Angela and their families are making the most of the wide open spaces and nature. 

They feel very lucky to call New Zealand home.

Moving from Singapore to New Zealand was not an overnight decision, as this life changing move was not only for myself but for my family as well.

From the moment I made the initial enquiry with Tonix Health Recruitment, I was well taken care of, and guided through information relating to things that I needed to know and do, during the entire recruitment process.

I am very grateful and thankful beyond words, that Kate’s guidance and expertise enabled us to have a smooth transition to NZ.  She always ensured matters were settled through every step of our process, and I knew I could approach her anytime if I needed her help.

One of the qualities Tonix has that really amazed me is they ensured all my needs were catered to and Kate continually checked in on me.
Now I am finally thriving and settling down here in New Zealand with my family.

Hard to believe I’m 9 weeks in Auckland and loving every minute of it so far.
I’ve joined the football clubs and have made loads of friends which is great.

Work is going really well. Orientation finished last week. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a more welcoming or supportive team. I find it a huge change to Ireland but everyone has been amazing.

They returned to the UK but are now looking forward to coming back to New Zealand later this year and making their permanent home in Dunedin, as they become new grandparents.

Fingers and toes crossed that all goes well and nothing prevents our move. I don’t think I have ever been as positive about a job prospect in a long time.
I am also so grateful for the assistance in making this move. I understand it’s your business, however you go above and beyond to make sure everyone’s experience in moving is as stress free as possible. This was a massive thing for Claire and myself the last time we were there.
Anyway, we will be getting things moving to get all our ducks in a row.

The family arrived into Auckland last month, came out of MIQ and then went straight into a level four lock down in Hamilton.  They are so happy to be here and fulfilling a long-time dream to live and work as operating theatre nurses at Waikato DHB, based in Hamilton.

Cecile writes… ‘It’s been a busy week for us still trying to find furniture for our house and at the same time starting our orientation at Waikato DHB.  Chiara is settling well in school and we celebrated her first NZ birthday this week, which was a happy day for us all. Thank you so much for all your support’.
